I Want to Fly Where Monarchs Fly - Feature

This is a charming and frequently amusing comic crime caper road movie. - Playing with Dolls

The worldbuilding when it comes to establishing this society is unique and a fresh way that the audience hasn't seen from the post-apocalyptic sci-fi/speculative fiction genre - The Forbidden Edge

The author has made some really big, risky choices with this screenplay, and I applaud him for that - I Want to Fly Where Monarchs Fly

The seven siblings are deeply well developed, with an incredibly clear identity, personality and backstory that fits who they are. This is further reinfored by everthing they say and do. - Mary Mary Quite Contrary

The script builds up into a tense and well constructed world that allows plot and characters to evolve. - The Forbidden Edge

This is an important story that needs to be told. The characters and their situation stir strong emotions and compassion. - I Want to Fly Where Monarchs Fly

This is a post COVID era Rom-Com that features a lovable lead named Katie and her dog Bette. It feels a lot more original than others like it and it is very creatively composed. - And the Little Dog Laughed

This script presents a captivating tale that weaves mystery and intrigue. It skillfully draws the audience into Tom's world as he grapples with the bizarre events that unfold around him. The climax serves as a detonator igniting the suspense that has been meticulously built up from the very start. Wow. This script grabbed my attention from the get go. I am not one for science fiction, but this screenplay kept me intrigued until the very last word. - Ombre

This is a unique and fun take on the horror genre. While it captures tense scary moments between beast and man and historical mystique, it leaves the viewer space to breathe with moments of humor. - Ombre

The story is quite fantastic. It's moving, and the writer knows how to get its audience emotionally involved- The Kidnapping of the Elfin Prince

A unique and heartwarming romance drama script, dares to spin a tale of love, friendships, and family relationships interwined with the endearing presence of dogs. With a fresh and imaginative premise, the script captures the essence of human connections through the lens of our four-legged companions, resulting in a truly relatable and touching cinematic experience - And the Little Dog Laughed

The writer does this really excellent thing where many of the scenes just felt like it was two friends hanging out - Dingbats

The writer has an absolutely wonderful ear for the rhythms and sounds that make scripted dialog so fun to read. - Dingbats

This concept is familiar for audiences and strong enough to carry not only this pilot, but an entire series - The Factory

This is definately one of the most compelling and original re-imaginings of the world of Greek mythology I have ever encountered. - The Factory

It's the kind of story that is inherently intriguing because it will cast the viewer into the story. - Finding Benjamin

It's the kind of fun, specific, even suspenseful material that keeps this screenplay compelling throughout - Finding Benjamin

The world-building is fantastic. It was such a delight reading many of these conversations because they are in rhymes, which causes the script to read like an old fairy tale, even if it feels modern in its ideas and approach. All in all, it's a beautiful story that goes in the veins of films like "The Princess Bride" or "Shrek" but with a voice of its own, making it a very unique experince to read. - The Kidnapping of the Elfin Prince

It's vital for a screenplay to establish its core concepts within the opening ten pages, and this certainly succeeds. - The Loss of Silence

Being different is important and this script certainly stands out. - The Loss of Silence

A character-driven comedy that wears its influences on its sleeve. The script  feels like a story told out-of-time and presents an interesting narrative for the reader. - Playing with Dolls

THE YELLOW BALLOON

The Mikado Murders - Feature

A troubled costume designer at a Kansas City opera company embarks on a murderous spree, using elaborate costumes, makeup, and songs inspired by Gilbert & Sullivan's operetta The Mikado to mislead detectives and frame an innocent suspect.

Mary Mary Quite Contrary - Feature and Play

When their estranged, cantankerous father dies during the COVID era, seven wildly dysfunctional siblings return to their rural Missouri childhood home—only to uncover old grudges, new secrets, and one very eccentric sister who may be building a bomb in the basement.

Ombre - Feature

When a renowned archaeologist unveils a trove of ancient Olmec artifacts, a tragic accident during the exhibit’s opening unleashes a supernatural force tied to blood sacrifice, forcing him to confront deadly consequences from the past that now haunt the present.

Playing with Dolls - Feature

A charming but dangerous fugitive on the run from the law takes a Brooklyn-born bombshell and two rebellious sisters on a high-stakes road trip through the Mojave Desert in 1932 Los Angeles, setting off a tumultuous journey filled with crime, betrayal, and unexpected twists as Lucky's criminal past threatens to unravel their lives.

Return to Spalding Drive - Feature

An unsuccessful screenwriter, on the edge of despair, is drawn into a dark love affair with a mysterious actress he met on the set of a Film Noir movie, leading him into a world of betrayal, danger, and twisted secrets that blur the line between past and present.

Talk to Me - 1/2 Hour TV Pilot

When Dr. Lange develops technology to communicate with cats, he uncovers a world of feline desires, but as his research attracts the attention of a government agency, he must navigate the chaos that could ensue if all animals gain a voice.

It is witty and fun. C.A.T.S. is an absurd place, and the script harnesses all of that with deadpan humor, making the characters and dialogue engaging and fun. The concept of pets gaining raised consciousness is fantastic. - Talk to Me

You've crafted an ambitious and successful thriller that combines multiple genres effectively. The theatrical elements elevate this above a standard serial killer story, and Roy's complex psychology makes him a memorable antagonist - The Mikado Murders

We Came, We Saw, We Retreated - Feature

At a secluded Tuscan writing retreat, eight contest-winning screenwriters begin crafting fictional accounts of a fellow writer’s mysterious death, only to realize their stories are revealing the truth about their charming but deadly host.

This story gives a view into a life that we don't often get to see. Something dark but oddly comedic. It tells us exactly what happens and yet keeps the audience on the edge of their seat to learn more. - The Mikado Murders
